How KOI Work operates

- Employees enrol individually via KOI app — employer never sees who joins
- Employer receives monthly aggregate report: total active count + attendance index only
- No individual health, visit frequency, or class data shared
- 1.7M ₫/employee/month billed monthly in arrears
Employee privacy guarantee: Employers see aggregate headcount and an anonymised activity index only. Individual employee membership status, visit frequency, class attendance, wellness scores, and any health data are never shared with employers. This is enforced at the data layer — there is no employer-facing UI for individual member data.
